For the most part, management really cares about staff and making this a positive work environment; very good benefits for small company People are given opportunities to participate on work teams with colleagues that can expand their knowledge and provide places for advancement

Cons

Uncertainty about the future as in many companies today, but especially because most of our work is in federal contracts, and it's not clear how future budgets will affect the company HR director
