      For the area they pay somewhat decent Work from home opportunities in some roles Medical Insurance & 401k

      Cons

      No diversity in senior management. People in positions of power can do no wrong, inappropriate comments from employees to management. Live to work for us. Open political talk on the floor, including management. Intimidation from superiors. Rudeness is tolerated as long as you know the right people. HR might as well not exist. Many unhappy employees who hate their job, bosses, and HR. Toxic work culture. DEI initiatives are less than underwhelming. Drama between employees and departments.
