      Good offer of high pay

      Just made offer of high pay due to their desperation of experienced employees. After I got their crew up and running they eliminated my position.

      Good pay and benefits. Usually challenging work. Flexible schedules, unless you work out in the shop.

      Cons

      Very high stress environment. Seems to be more of a focus on finding fault than praising successes. Had to report several HR issues for inappropriate workplace comments.

      International environment, competent colleagues, stable company, good reputation within its business, good products, possibility to travel internationally.

      Cons

      Salary used to be pretty good but seems to be slipping behind during yearly revisions. Some departments sometimes suffer from heavy workload.
