      Friendly people, training is horrible, you are set up to fail

      Pros

      People are friendly and eager to help however; do not know how to help you when asked. Financials are available and communication about the company is provided.

      Cons

      Training is poor, people do not know what to do to advance. People seem stagnated in same positions for years unless HR and management like them and if they don't like you, they look for ways to get rid of you. Systems are terrible as well could use an update. Expects all to come in early and work late.

      Pros

      Benefits and compensation are moderate. Very experienced core staff. Very knowledgeable staff with an available expert matter on almost every aspects of the business.

      Cons

      noUs vs Them mentality, most departments work as a single unit quick at playing the blame game. Collectively experience staff but yet champion bad decision making. Employees moral is not on management list. No profit sharing but yet punish employees (pay cuts) when upper management fails. They do not practice what they preach, every wall posters talks about quality but every other targeted goals are never met.
