      Independent working environment with potential for growth

      Pros

      Able to apply new avenues of sourcing vendors and contracts. Negotiating contracts can be acquired but management needs to work more closely with the accounting and Inventory departments.

      Cons

      Unable to apply new vendors without total management approval which includes supervisors and upper management. There is currently no communication between the inventory department and upper management.

      JBT is dedicated to the safety and well being of employees, customers and the environment. Multiple locations within the US create opportunities for professional advancement. International locations offer the same opportunities abroad.

      Cons

      In rare instances, smaller divisions are managed and operated under the direction of the employees who were employed at the time the company was acquired by JBT.
