      Not so good experience, they hire within but management is poor from HR on down

      Pros

      Hire from within. They prefer to promote then to hire from the outside. (atleast at my site they do)

      Cons

      Management has poor communication and people will try and throw you under the bus to make themselves look good. Also HR is in another state. And if you have to call of for any reason they will take your paid time off to cover those days.

      Pros

      This is a truly global manufacturing company, projects are managed globally by multiple countries, and sites. Working here is very exciting, interesting and dynamic At Operations the level of ethics is incredibly high, opportunities for training are available and the company offers good benefits.

      Cons

      Corporate's staff and management are at a are not aligned with the different sites' "realities" creating sometimes conflicting agendas.
