      The acquisition can transform the company direction. Managed by Marel HQ in Iceland/Netherland was not working

      Cons

      The C-Level suite was very inexperienced and led to bad decisions in all countries, taking out strong professionals just for vanity. With JBT taking over, they have an opportunity to clean this up and start fresh with a more mature and professional group
