A big corporation that cares about individual connections

Pros

When I worked for Marel (since acquired by JBT), I was able to know my colleagues in other countries/offices personally. Management have a great onboarding system in place to ensure that new employees connect with people in other teams. The company had 7k+ employees at the time but it didn't feel like that. I always understood what I was working for (the company's goals) and I knew that if I needed something, I could trust my managers to take me seriously.

Cons

Being a big corporation, things can move a little slowly. But there is always a reason.

Decent pay and the schedule is M-F for office jobs. Opportunities to travel overseas.

Cons

Management is horrible. They don't listen to their employees. Will overwork you and pass you over for positions in leadership.
