If you have a degree they will pay someone without a degree the same pay so if you have a degree I would look else where for better pay.

Flexible hours, flexible work environment (depending on department).

Cons

Management is not very responsive and is very much so nepotistic, pay is low company wide, particularly for the caliber of work they expect you to put in. Very much so a "boys club" vibe.
