Pros

JBT has core values and a welcoming culture. Facilities are growing and eagerly welcome new hires. JBT knows they have to train and explain the food processing industry and products because of the niche nature of the business - therefore - they train and welcome new people with the expectations of taking time to help them build their knowledge about the business. Great stuff.

Cons

New hires must learn and adapt to a growing environment - but when they see this as a good thing - JBT is the right fit!
