I like that the people I have met are very open and willing to talk about their role in the organization and help out others if needed. It is a growing company in new technical markets. The Custom and Engineered-to-Order nature of the business means the work is challenging, but rewarding when the day is done. The company is willing to invest in development of their people.

Cons

None that I have encountered at this time.
