Overtime and remote working, You don't have to meet your boss in person for weeks at a time

Cons

Informal, unofficial coercion of behaviour contrary to health and safety. Working 14 hours at a time, then returning home and leaving again in 24 hours for 10- 15 days. Work balance does not exist in this company. Lies, intrigue, and bullying—all under the guise of corporate order and ‘caring for the needs of the employee’.

The overall company is interested at making improvement in the food sector. It feels good to be working for a company that wants to make a difference in what we eat and how we utilize our limited global resources.

Cons

At times there doesn't seem to be a clear direction but this is worked out over time.
