Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback regarding our company's diversity journey. We value your input and perspective as we continually strive to create an inclusive and diverse workplace environment at JBT. We are actively working on new initiatives and employee network communities - ENC - (at a Global scale) so that employees can be affiliated with like-minded individuals due to shared experiences, goals, or outwardly similar characteristics. These communities are a big part in helping us foster and promote an inclusive environment, encourage interaction across multiple groups, and deliver a safe environment for our employees. So far, we have ENCs for our Veterans, Women, and Black communities. This year we are working on the possibility of opening one for the Hispanic group and another one for employees with disabilities.
