Contrary to what they'll say and do, management does not care about improving anything at all... its all a big show for corporate. At the end of the day they'll break procedures, policies, and initiatives constantly creating an unbelievably irritating environment to try and improve. Management also thrives on throwing individuals under the bus to make themselves look better. It's rather toxic, you can easily keep your head down and just shrug your shoulder and get by as most employees do. A word to the wise...don't trust HR, they're worse than 8th grade girls when it comes to gossip and drama.

Lots of parking. 401k.

Employed promotes no minorities or women or in management jobs. Work is too much for all jobs . You must be available even mobile and emails 24/7 even here in shop. They send you out of town or country for months. Managers very strict and mean. They do not allow for family (school, work hours, sickness) or health or life. Sales guy screams and throws things at all the time. HR does not do anything. Many many meetings to blame not to fix problems. Lots of people get fired here. No air conditioning for shop. Floridas hot! Place is stressful, man. Not worth it.
