Great People, Awful Managers and Unethical Company

Pros

- Pay is fine - Work is generally interesting - Plenty to learn - Decent opportunity for mobility within the company

Cons

- Management is controlling and manipulative - Company culture is best described by "we had to go through this, so you do too" - "I had to work for 5 years to get a promotion, so even though you are very overqualified, you will too."

Good as a first job but not for long term

- A lot of exposure, I have decision making roles kist 2 months in my job. - First hand core experience so it's very nice if you're interested in that

Cons

- Management is bad so off duty calls, no seat at the office and not having complaints heard.
