Pros

The best team of people I've ever worked for - where salary is perhaps on the lower end due to the non-profit nature of the organization, the work-life balance and genuinely good and caring people who make up the JCC was priceless.

Cons

Fast-paced, hard to plan marketing initiatives far out, need to be able to juggle many things at once and be able to help out in areas that aren't neccessarily your expertise
