Horrible company with horrible benefits...

Pros

Nice Facilities. On site gym.

Cons

Terrible benefits. Long hours. Bad management. You have to pay for EVERYTHING... even your morning cup of coffee (and the prices are ridiculous). Low moral. Arrogant buyers. Very little opportunity for advancement. Extremely liberal. If you even suggest that you think something could be done better / more efficiently it is as if you are shunned. Female dominated industry. The only reason I stayed as long as I did is because I have a family and with the current economy being the way that it is I couldn't just "up and leave."

Great environment. Hard working peers who also love to have fun. People honestly love what they do, which creates a great environment to work in.

Cons

Hard work isn't always rewarded and always need to be on your A-game to master the politics of the upper management.

The workload is intense son work-life balance is a challenge. Most people are over-worked and brain-dead by the time Friday rolls around.
