Not having to work 7 days a week for fair pay!
Cons
Employees who has been there longer do less work and stick together to make sure new people work harder than usual. Employees with same title as myself who has been there longer were allowed to not have to work but point to work for me to do because of a bad back a knee. leaders was allowed to have extra time on 15 minute brakes because of Favoritism and being there longer than myself. If your a male , expect to work 3x harder than everyone else because You're a man. Harassment if you speak up about wrong being done. Managers is always 5 to 8 min late opening
