Organized Company with good structure all the way to the top positions. Works well with your availability and willing to negotiate with various topics. You’re able to climb the ladder to higher positions if you want to as long as you can produce good % in the work place

Cons

Company’s wants employees to travel far to work at other locations (at least 90min away) but doesn’t want to compensate them for the travel. If you aren’t able to do it for them once they overlook you the rest of the time with the company. Not given many chances.
