1. There is no scope of learning, most of the work is related to production support issues. For available projects also mangers give chance to few people who praises(biscuits) managers. 2. Need to log 8 hours work even though we don't have work. 3. Some team leads and managers behaves unprofessionally(management will not respond on this even though we give complaint). 4. The politics in company dominates the real politics. 5. No hikes from past 2 years and package also very less compare to market standards. 6.No basic benefits from company(for ugadi sweets also they collected money from employees). 7.In appraisal meeting they will do war with employee and finally they concludes employee not done anything. 8.No proper HR management.

The pay isn’t that good for under age staff.
