- Excellent opportunity for growth both financially and professionally - Opportunity to learn many different languages and frameworks - Close mentoring by experienced engineers who do not hold back information - An excellent place for new developers to enter the field - Quick salary growth for those who work hard and earn it - Competitive benefits (paid vacation, 401k w/ company match, sick days, free lunch) - Easy transportation (office is located ~1 mile from the commuter rail)

Cons

- Employees must be prepared to work hard and get projects done, but hard work is appropriately rewarded

#I am a full-time employee of JD Software Inc for more than 1.5 years. I feel very friendly environment. Never feel stress at work. Allow too much time to complete your assignment work done. #CEO understand all his employee's nature and their situations. Fee Lunch every day. #401K. #Life insurance. #Good bonus after work done. #Going to the restaurant once or twice a month with colleagues.
