Pros

I've been part of JD Software for over 10 years, and it's been a great experience. I appreciate the ability to get to learn and be involved in so many different aspects of projects. As someone who transitioned into Software Engineering from another background, this has been invaluable. JD Software is also a place that truly acknowledges hard work. Over my time here I've seen my hard work (and other’s) pay off with promotions and recognition. It's nice to be in a place where your dedication and commitment is appreciated. I’m proud to be a part the JD Software team.

Pros

The office location is in a nice area and the office gets lots of light during the day. Employees work on different teams but all work together to meet goals and deadlines. Great for employees beginning their careers because there are lots of opportunities for learning.

Cons

Wouldn't be a good fit for people who are not motivated, self-starters.
