I've been part of JD Software for over 10 years, and it's been a great experience. I appreciate the ability to get to learn and be involved in so many different aspects of projects. As someone who transitioned into Software Engineering from another background, this has been invaluable. JD Software is also a place that truly acknowledges hard work. Over my time here I've seen my hard work (and other’s) pay off with promotions and recognition. It's nice to be in a place where your dedication and commitment is appreciated.
