Tries to be tech leader with how work is performed however it seems about every 6-7 years they are changing software or procedures and makes it difficult to get used to something. They talk about family but not all offices treat employees like family. Avoid their small offices unless you want to be top of your class at everything. I was a long term employee that was asked to leave on performance only and would never be eligible for re-hire for any reason. However multiple people would quit leaving company / project in bad spot and eligible for re-hire multiple times. Some people would come and go 3+ times and still be re-hired. There were times I looked for other positions due to culture and people I worked with however I wanted to stick it out and trust the company would correct itself.
