      Pros

      Pay is decent but could always be better. Direct leadership I.e. team leader and below is generally good. The coworkers are good as well.

      Cons

      Swing shift is ridiculous. It is a proven fact it shortens your life. Management only looks out for themselves. Scheduling is a joke. It changes daily regardless of what it said the day before. The health insurance is God awful. The information flow is stagnant. When asked questions the advisors generally say I don't know.

      Pros

      Pay was desent for starting out. Management needed a little extra but the employees were great to work with. Benefits were great.

      Cons

      It was very hot during the summer and cold during the winter. Did not like the second shift hours at all.

      After a new management change there was favoritism shown to certain employees...not necessarily others being overlooked just rules being broken and that being overlooked
