      Pros

      Co-workers are like my family. I spend more time with them than I do my own, sadly.

      Cons

      The list is long. I don't know a single employee that I work with who likes his/her job. It is a miserable place. Over worked and underpaid is an understatement here! Management does not care about the health, safety and welfare of the employees whatsoever. It is all about the numbers. Hours are too long (12 hr shifts) with a half hour lunch break. Imagine being on your feet for that long, making wages that just get you by from month to month and spending minimal time with family and friends because you are miserably tired on your days off.

      Pros

      Decent pay and benefits, most people are great and fun to work with, good vacation time. The people are the best part of that place and I met a lot of great ones there. Some have become close friends of mine.

      Cons

      Summers can get really hot. Very high stress environment. Constant push to do more and more and more with the feeling that sometimes no matter what it will never be good enough. Incentive programs are not fairly balanced. Some areas can easily get tons of it with little effort while other areas can work to the point of exhaustion and not come close.
