      Hybrid work environment in a beautiful facility; Autonomy & improved transparency

      Cons

      Same challenges for years on-over. Continuously downsizing and reducing plant capacities and product offerings but in the same breath state we are poised for growth? Leadership turnover is/will always be constant disrupting projects and processes.
