Pay is descent. Benefits arent bad.

Cons

If you are looking for opportunity this is not the place to work. Management works in clicks, if you don't fit them forget it. They have no problem picking out your flaws and belittling you as a person. The maintenance superintendent is one of the worst abusers in here and the rest of management turns their heads and pretend they didn't see it.
