Pros
The pay is okay for this type of position
Cons
Overall a very toxic environment, no one behind the scenes gets along with each other. The staff is rude and over all unprofessional. The higher ups lack compassion and empathy and are far from genuine people. They overwork the caregivers, will try to utilize you for a lot of hours and fill ins because a lot of the caregivers they hire turn out to be unreliable and will quit randomly. Caregivers are constantly leaving due to pay ( they will low ball a caregivers pay , the max they will go if the absolutely have to is $13, but that’s rare), the employees steal caregivers from cases, the supervisors will push work onto you, they suck at problem solving, more of a reactive company than a solution base one. This job lacks real leadership and direction. They can say something is okay one day and the next it not be. I don’t recommend this Job to anyone looking for a job with a peace of mind because this ain’t it. They let the clients and caregivers speak to you anyway without any repercussions. This job is a lot and is just simply not worth the headache that comes with it.
