Not a safe place to build or grow.

Flexible schedule to leave the office early and meet with clients.

Cons

Lack of training. Shady management, no job security, poor raises and no real commission structure for client care managers that bring in new clients. No proficient on call managers. Benefits are almost the same price as the biweekly salary of a care manager.
