Pros

The coordinators are hard working and compassionate people. They really care about what they do.

Cons

The leadership team is a nightmare and takes advantage of employees. The CEO is never there and spends her time making fun of employees and firing employees who she doesn't like, The pay is awful and the home office is disgusting. The bathrooms are gross, there are cockroaches and no windows. There is no room for growth and they cut bonuses due to clients dropping them.
