Pros

Awesome coworkers, work-life balance, mission focused mindset, benefits. It feels like family.

Cons

With the size of the organization, different programs have different cultures, so just make sure to ask about your program.

Pros

JEVS operates a college that recognizes and values my 40 plus years on the factory floors of America. JEVS provides a way to be actively involved in improving our neighborhoods and people by helping individuals improve themselves.

Cons

None really, OK, maybe some minor gripes not really worth bringing to the table. As far as I'm concerned, If, like me, you've spent a lot of time working in factories, and, then are offered a teaching position at the JEVS college unit, you'll want to take it!
