Pros

Able to assist a dynamic group of individuals become more integrated within their communities

Cons

Very political work environment oftentimes, people who have a long tenure with the company. However, who have proven to be uneffective/ burnt out are pampered and saved because of the union. While good workers are left out to dry because they do not have any allies, or ties with management.
