Pros

-flexibility depending on your manager/program -hybrid schedule -receive stipend if you don't take their insurance -easy to build up your PTO

Cons

-lack of communication -so many changes without clear direction -everything is at the last minute and due yesterday -pto (vacation) was decreased by 30 hours for all non-union staff with same day notice -new ceo brought in all her besties from city government and pushed out all the established leadership -clear disconnect from the main office to the programs spread out across PA, NJ and DE
