People are down to earth. Generally good people. Benefits, holiday and vacation pay was good.

Cons

The union! If you are a terrible worker, the union protects you.

Pros

Very supportive environment with room to grow. Company has many departments from prison programs to schools as well as supports for disabled and unemployed population. As large as it is it's still a family like agency with many trainings and celebrations where the programs come together.

Cons

Government Funding in current economic conditions is unstable so programs can be lost at any time resulting in layoffs.
