Pros

- flexible schedule - intelligent and responsive management - respectful of different abilities in regards to work - so rewarding and fun!

Cons

- pay is non-competitive (however there is plenty of opportunity to work more hours and it’s unionized so raises are regular) - only two locations of the program (NJ & PA)

Pros

Mission is noble. Large organization with lots of resources. Good hearted coworkers.

Cons

Unrecognizable from a year ago with hirings, firings and supposed retirements. Many good people pushed out by poor decisions at central office and micromanagement.
