Walking away was the only decision that saved sanity and dignity.

Cons

- The place was openly hostile and morally bankrupt, with discrimination so blatant it was impossible to ignore. - Management treated employees with contempt, masking cruelty as concern while fueling chaos at every turn. - The workplace was tense the second you stepped through the door, a constant atmosphere of fear and instability. - Compensation was pitiful, demands were unreasonable, and respect was completely absent.

Everything is average at most. Even the benefits were average.

Cons

An 8-hour shift is a lie! We work at least 10 to 12 hours a day! Work stress is one thing, but our supervisor's hostility is on another level! He's unfair and hostile to staff he didn't like! He'd make us work the extra hours without consideration!
