      * Extremely great and unique culture (T-Shirts, events) * Employee appreciation, development & mobility options * Responsible management (no overspending) * Market leaders in their field (stable employment) * Great people - recruiters value EQ and not just IQ

      * Software development is not very agile * No "perks" (parties, massages, vacations abroad, gourmet food) if you care about those sort of things * Average work-life balance
