      Pros

      The overall environment of the company is really great. There is an open door to every manager. They are very accessible and open to hear from the employees.

      Cons

      Work/Life balace is something that I would improve, but it's more or less the same in every tech company, and overall, it's a great company to work for

      Great benefits including medical dental, health, catered lunch, great office space, great IT team and tech, great values, working with great talanted and motivated people, you can feel teh CARE.

      Cons

      A rapidly growing company, wiht all the growing pains. But lots of opportunities come with this. You need to be very self driven and be able to roll iht the punches.
