      Pros

      Wonderful work culture. Leaders value the experience you carry and appreciate your view point. Also, always open to discuss any feedback or suggestions. Equally amazing work environment and great set of people (frogs) around.

      Cons

      Some of the processes might be broken or non existent as it's still a growing company and many things were not there from the beginning. At times things might be seen as micro-managed.

      Flat hierarchy Not bureaucratic Open Culture / Working with Israelis is an amazing experience A lot of focus is given to learning & scaling up Fun at Work

      Cons

      Very fast moving environment (not sure if that is a Con) If you not hands-on, then you can not survive Expectations are a bit too high
