Great company to work for. They care about their employees and are rapidly growing. They offer great opportunities especially in sales.

Cons

Not much room for career development. There are opportunities to move laterally within the company, but not much room to move up.

Great co-workers who care about doing a great job.

Cons

This company doesn't seem to care about the welfare of their employees. If it calls for 10 inches of snow and ice, you better believe they will still be open for business as usual and expect you to come in on time. They might feed you some pizza, if you get there alive. They are very disorganized and only care about sales. They don't care about the people they are taking advantage of. Some people shouldn't sell their structured settlement, and you should have the integrity to turn these sales away. This industry is dying and unless they get other business lines started, I don't see it lasting too much longer.
