      Pros

      The only pro to me was having a steady pay check every other week.

      Cons

      Very overworked. They so quick to through everything at you all at once. No one knows what they are doing.

      Younger co-workers, excellent benefits, decent base salary + commission (for sales)

      A lot of pressure to meet numbers, lacking in room for personal growth (a lot of lateral movement), hours seem long

      Pros

      Donuts and pizza are occasionally brought in.

      Cons

      The mini bonuses are laughable. The raises are paltry. The treatment of employees is terrible. Demeaning language. Employees are mildly threatened to work in terrible conditions (example: ice storms/hurricane sandy). The IT system is from the 20th century. The communication from management is terrible. TeRRIBLE.
