      the people are nice and easy to get along with

      Cons

      it's hard to make a career progress to the HQ. Mostly they require you to become a store manager store first. While they hire people from the outside for HQ.

      Pros

      Ability to manage different tasks in the workplace, such as working on the floor and talk with customers about the eyewear products and how the process of ordering works, to working at the register to place orders, and also making the glasses in store which was really fun to learn!

      Difficult at times to evenly rotate tasks amongst the team members
