I worked at JLR for six months, and unfortunately, it was a complete waste of time. The company lacks structure and operates at a very low professional level. Most employees have very limited technical knowledge, and many were hired without any in-person interviews.
There was no clear direction from the management, and the work environment felt disorganized and chaotic. It's hard to identify any real positives from my experience.
In my opinion, well-educated and skilled professionals will struggle to find value or growth in such an unstructured and unprofessional setting.
