Pros

The benefits are good, the office always has social events multiple times a month. Depending on who you're working under the work is fair. Overall not a bad place to be.

Cons

Location is the number one problem, the office is located near LAX so no matter where you're coming from you are stuck in the heart of traffic. The pay can be better, it is not severely underpay but seems still low.

People are nice, benefits are good, nice customer base and have a great product to sell

Cons

Every process is micro managed preventing the sales team and managment to do their job effectively and efficient. Owner is very negative and tries to motivate managers and employees by only pointing put people's negatives not positives. Don't apply here if you want to work under stress and fear for your job!
