No casual dress days, very conservative company. CEO can be vocal about his religious views.

Medical benefits are average to above average.

Cons

From mid-management on up there is so much insecurity and paranoia that it is suffocating any innovation and energy. They want to control everything down to the smallest decision. This causes everyone at the plant level to be robots/zombies -- not a good environment for growth and innovation.
