Open door environment, focus on every associate as a valued team member, investment in our well-being through onsite wellness centers and incredible retirement savings plans.

Cons

Depending on your role or area of business, vertical growth can be challenging due to very low turnover.

Pros

Great benefits, senior management cares about employees, company gives back to the community.

Cons

Company is extremely high in politics and nepotism; many places are but here it's to the extreme of extremes. The result is that it is almost impossible to grow unless you fit into one of the two categories.

People are very clique there, I saw where people either accepted you to team or not, no matter on your qualifications or how friendly you were.
