Great benefits, great environment, ability to improve and learn new technical and behavioral skills for those interested.

Cons

Very few growth opportunities and what seems to be an unfair hiring process.

Pros

They really care about their associates and it shows in the benefits and the way they treat us. I'm proud to be part of the JM Family.

Cons

It seems some of the longer term associates are resistant to change and once you've reached that tenure status, you can pretty much do nothing while the up & comers work their butts off. Accountability is one of the core values, but it appears not to apply to Sr. Staff.
