Health benefits, parent company seems to care about their associates, but they forget the Jm Lexus associates wich are treated poorly

Poor leadership, horrible management team especially in the body shop

Good known company so a lot of foot traffic but that's about it

Cons

Change in pay scheduled, how can someone support their family if you only get commission, can be there the whole day and if no one buys a car you don't get paid. If not salary then you're doomed!!
