Pros

Pay is great, but the benefits are amazing. Feels like a family working here. Plus, you can't forget about the discounts on Toyota & Lexus vehicles.

Cons

The dealership is fast paced so eating six meals a day (I'm big on health & fitness) can sometimes be challenging.

Good known company so a lot of foot traffic but that's about it

Cons

Change in pay scheduled, how can someone support their family if you only get commission, can be there the whole day and if no one buys a car you don't get paid. If not salary then you're doomed!!
